Lucky for us our dear friends the Biens were able to locate a little pizza shack in Yangzhong! We were beyond thrilled. We meet up with the Biens after school and headed over to the pizza place. We found these cute boys running around the store. Jessica said the one in the red was one of her students. It was fun to see him interact with us and try and speak english.
The Pizza place was called Papa Roti. It was really good, but nothing like the typical pizza you find in the United States. We order two pizzas. One pizza had shrimp and immatation crab and real cheese. The second one had some type of hamburger meat and corn. It was my favorite.

We spent the rest of the eveningwondering around the city. Our first stop was KFC, not for food but so we could use the bathroom. Knowing that KFC has a clean bathroom is our saving grace when we are around town. After the bathroom break we spotted these men writing on the sidewalk. I thought they were pretty neat. It is just water and a big brush but the Chinese Characters are incredible.

We located a little gelato shop in a shopping center and we could not help but stop and try. There were two adorable little girls at the counter. They were very helpful in allowing us to try all the flavors before we picked what one we wanted. The flavors were very similar to the gelato flavors we have in the United States.
We ended up getting chocolate and vanilla. The big difference between American Gelato and Chinese Gelato is the amount of sugar. Chinese has a ton of sugar. The rest of our date night we walked around and explored the shopping center. Then we ended up going back to our apartment and watching Mulan II. The movie was a typical Disney sequel. Chessey but cute. I would recommend that anyone should watch it if they are 1. living in China or 2. Planning on living in or visiting China at some point in their life.
Happy Monday Everyone!
(its Monday Night here...We are off to bed)
