Update on Life

As of the last post it was just about Halloween time, Alan and I were making scary monsters for our window and plucking away at the school work. It is now a about a month later and I hate to say it...but not a lot has changed.

We celebrated Halloween by attending Jon and Jessica (our friends) Halloween Party. We went as bank robbers and had so much fun! I drank soda for the first time in a long time and got a stomach ache from all the sugar. However looking back it was a ton of fun and wouldn't have it any other way.

From there we tried to focus on our school work and are both doing well. As of today we have just two weeks until Christmas Break! Which we are both looking forward too.


Alan's parents and sister and nephew's came down to our little place for Thanksgiving. It was fun to all get together and enjoy each other. To our surprise seven people fit quite well into a two bedroom apartment.  We did miss Sherry a lot and are looking forward spending time together as a whole Green Family for Christmas.

Christmas Time! How can we forget- Its is just a few short weeks away until my favorite Holiday. This past Sunday our power went out (the whole town of Rexburg went out) Anyway- I talked Alan into putting up our Christmas decorations (EEK) while we were waiting for the power to come back. 

Our plans for Christmas this year are quite busy. We are going to spend a few days with the Green family side and then a few days with the Hilliard family side. I am looking forward to that much needed little break from school and life in Rexburg as well as seeing all of our family and hopefully get to spend sometime with good friends too.

I can't wait to live somewhere, where we can chop down our own tree!

I can't believe that another year is almost over... December is upon us (Saturday is the 1st). Where did this year go? We have tons of great memories and lots to be thankful for.
