Christmas Tree Setup 2014

Last year we did the, hike in the woods and cut down a live tree thing. This year we decided to check out the deals on black Friday and snag a tree we could use over and over. However because of lack of space in our oh so cosy apartment I knew it needed to be a smaller tree. I found what they call a pencil tree and thought it would be perfect! We would have to move a book case into the spare room for the month but I really wanted a tall tree.

Around 3 in the afternoon, we dropped Sherry off at the airport and headed over to Big Lots to see if they still had the tree. I figured if they didn't have the one we wanted left, it wasn't meant to be our tree. Needless to say, they had it! We grabbed a few more ornaments and headed home to set it up.

I was so excited to know that I put the whole thing together by myself in less then 15 min! Gosh a prelit tree is totally the way to go!
