We started our Thanksgiving Holiday a little early this year by picking up Sherry from the airport. We were lucky enough to get her for the whole week! While we were waiting to for her plane to come in we headed to Target.
We don't have a car seat that you carry around the store. (our car seat is this one). So when we saw this cool cart we thought we would let Theo go for a ride. He seemed to enjoy it.
Sherry took a lot of pictures for us during the week. Alan pulled out the camera on Thanksgiving day to snap a few of her.
The day before Thanksgiving Alan's folks came down to spend some time with us and Theo.
I have come to find that one of the greatest things about being a parent is watching your parents become Grandparents. We are both lucky to have wonderful parents and who are super involved in spoiling Theo already!
Before we ate, we decided to head for a walk around the park. This way we didn't feel too guilty about over eating later in the day.
We shared our meal with the Strachan's and Alan's family- minus Suzie and her boys. Suzie was stuck in MT plowing snow.
We have lots to be thankful for this year. Our good health, family and friends. We are blessed and truly could not ask for more. Here is to closing out the year with a bang and ringing in the holiday season!
